Björk Songbook: a set of ten digital prints (420 x 170mm) featuring hand-done artwork based on the lyrics of Björk.
Starting from accidental effects achieved with printing ink the images have responded to the textures and words of her music. This instinctive working method is in the spirit of Björk herself when creating her own unique sound landscapes.

Björk isn't just some kooky Icelandic pixie but a serious evolving artist, a true one-off. Pictures form in your head when you listen to her music and so it is easy to fill your illustrations with chandeliers, ice crystals, music boxes, child brides, burning flowers, fireworks, volcanoes and kimonos.
Eight lyric sheets and two introductory pages in the form of digital prints, with cover, comprise the set.
Only small numbers will be published and those interested should make contact through the artist. Of the limited Björk Songbook sets available I would be looking to sell them at around £45 each.
